Der Förderpreis Nachwachsende Rohstoffe und der Ernst-Pelz-Preis gehören seit über 25 Jahren zu den bedeutendsten Auszeichnungen in der Förderung Nachwachsender Rohstoffe. Seit 1992 werden die mit je 10.000 Euro dotierten Preise jährlich in Kooperation mit C.A.R.M.E.N. e.V. vergeben.
