ISC3 Innovation Challenge 2025
The International Sustainable Chemistry Collaborative Centre (ISC3) has opened the application phase for the next ISC3 Innovation Competition, which is endowed with a total prize of 25,000 euros.
The annual ISC3 Innovation Challenge focuses on a different theme each year. Start-ups from around the world are invited to submit their innovative ideas related to the chosen focus topic.
The submissions are evaluated by a jury of international experts who assess the start-ups and select the finalists. The finalists will pitch their ideas, and the award ceremony will take place in the autumn or winter. All the finalists receive a customized support of the ISC3 Global Start-up Service in form of pitch trainings and have the possibility to be featured as Start-up of the Month.
The 2025 Innovation Challenge will focus on Sustainable Chemistry and Climate Change seeking groundbreaking chemistry or chemical technology innovations that tackle climate change mitigation and adaptation.
Key focus areas include the Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) in chemical production, GHG mitigation through chemistry and biotechnology solutions and Chemistry-based climate change adaptation technologies.
